Every wedding is different some are intimate dinners, others are packed dance floors that go all night. That’s why we’ve built our experience to flow naturally with your timeline. We can tattoo around 6-10 guests an hour. That means dozens of your closest friends and family get to share in the fun.
Here’s what that looks like:
3 hours → 18–30 guests tattooed
5 hours → 30–50 guests tattooed
6+ hours → up to 50+ guests tattooed

Yes! We bring a fully sterile, health-department compliant station to your wedding. Every tattoo uses single-use, disposable needles and barriers, the same standards we follow in our licensed studio
Do you travel?
Yes! Travel within 1 hour of Mentor is included. For longer distances, mileage or lodging may apply.
How are the designs chosen?
Before your wedding, we design a curated flash sheet of 8–12 simple, romantic symbols inspired by your love story. Guests select from these designs so tattoos stay quick, clean, and timeless.
Can tattoos really fit into a wedding reception?
Absolutely. Our setup is compact, stylish, and efficient. Guests love slipping away for a quick tattoo between dances or after a toast, then coming back to the party showing it off. It blends seamlessly into the flow of the night.
Can we personalize the flash sheet?
Absolutely. Many couples include symbols that represent their story, favorite flowers, a tiny heart, or even something playful like your pet’s silhouette.
What size are the tattoos?
We specialize in micro tattoos, simple designs under about 1.5 inches. This keeps the process fast, comfortable, and ensures quality results for every guest.
How many tattoos can you do in a night?
On average, we complete about 6-10 tattoos an hour. That’s usually 30 – 45+ guests over the course of a reception, depending on your timeline.
Who can get tattooed?
All guests must be 18 or older with valid ID. This keeps the experience safe, legal, and stress-free.
Can guest pick any tattoo they want?
To keep the flow smooth and consistent, tattoos are limited to the curated flash sheet we design together. This ensures every piece is clean, elegant, and wedding-appropriate.
Will the tattoos take too long or create a line?
Each tattoo only takes a few minutes, the line moves quickly. We also provide an assistant to manage sign-ups and flow, so your guests spend more time celebrating than waiting.
What if some guests dont want a tattoo?
No problem at all. Many guests simply love to watch the process or cheer on their friends. It still becomes part of the entertainment at your reception.
What if someone changes their mind last minute?
No problem. We’re experienced in helping guests feel comfortable. If they still decide against it, they can simply enjoy watching the experience unfold.
What if the party runs longer than expected?
If the vibe is still going strong and you want us to stay later, additional hours can be added on site (based on availability).
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit secures your date. If you reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice, we’ll happily move to a new available date. Deposits are non Refundable
Do you offer private sessions for the couple or bridal party?
Yes!! we can also do a private tattoo session before or after the wedding day for just the couple or bridal party.
Can we keep the designs private until the wedding?
Yes. Some couples love to surprise their guests with the flash sheet on the wedding day, making it a fun reveal. Others prefer to share ahead of time. It’s completely up to you.d an answer here.
How do we make sure the tattoos match our wedding style?
We design a custom flash sheet in advance inspired by your story, your theme, or even your vows. That way, the tattoos feel like a natural extension of your wedding, not something random.
Can you handle big weddings with 200+ guests?
Yes! For larger guest lists, you can add an extra assistant to help with flow or even request an additional artist. We’ll guide you on what’s realistic for your timeline.
Do we need special permits?
Most venues do not require extra permits if tattoos are provided by licensed artists following all health regulations. If your venue has specific questions, we’ll handle those conversations for you. Varies by county.
What does the venue need to provide?
A small dedicated space (about 10×10 ft), one table, two chairs, good lighting, and a standard power outlet. We bring everything else and style our station so it blends beautifully into your reception.
What if our venue has concerns?
We’re happy to connect with your planner or venue manager directly to explain the setup, space, and safety measures. Our station is compact, discreet, and runs smoothly in most spaces.
What if our reception is outdoors?
We cannot tattoo outside due to the health risks associated with the process.
What happens if the wedding runs late?
We stay until the reception closes, so you never have to worry about rushing. If your celebration extends significantly beyond the planned timeline, additional hours can be arranged.
